  MDF or medium-density fibreboard is an engineered-wood, made of wooden particles glued together with resin under extreme heat and pressure. We use the best quality MDF available in the market which ensures durability and a smooth finish with no black residue after cutting.

• 2. What is the delivery time?

  * The dispatch times keeps on changing depending upon the workload.

• 3. Is Cash on Delivery available?

  We don't provide cash on delivery option due to the customized nature of our orders, thus requiring all orders to be prepaid.

• 4. Can I return the product?

  In case of any damage, defect in the products, we do offer return & exchange depending upon the situation however an unboxing video is necessary to claim any compensation.

• 5. Can we get our own designs customised?

  Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders once they are placed because our products are made to order. This means they are crafted according to specific specifications, and once the production process begins, modifications are not possible.
