To claim a replacement or refund for goods damaged during transportation, please record a video of the parcel before opening it. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
1. Wrong Product Received: If you have received a product different from what you ordered.
2. Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged or defective.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the wrong or damaged product.
Verification and Approval: Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided. If the return is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Refund or Exchange : Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the issue, we will proceed with either a refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
For custom products made according to the customer's specifications, refunds are not available once production is complete.
Refund Processing Time : Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days after the returned product is received and verified.
